Dongguan Xinhao Precision Die Casting Co., Ltd engaged in precision die-casting molds, aluminum alloy precision die-casting products, CNC high-precision product processing, and precision machining of mechanical parts. We have rich experience in various mold design, manufacturing, product production, and precision machining of mechanical parts. Now Dongguan Xinhao Precision Die Casting Co., Ltd have various tonnage die-casting machines (up to 650 tons) included Brand Japan Toyo, CNC machining centers, CNC lathes and precision measuring instruments such as 2.5-dimensional projectors equipment.We provide customers with one-stop processing services from mold design, manufacturing, production and processing, precision machining of mechanical parts, and surface treatment.
In 2013, instead of traditional "surface oxidation after CNC processing", Dongguan Xinhao Precision Die Casting Co., Ltd developed technology that can directly oxidize surface of aluminum ingots after die-casting to form a variety of colors, thereby improving saving more than 30% of costs, and shortening more than 50% delivery time.
